Lundy Guidebooks
![]() |
Lundy Guidebooks by Roger Allen, André Coutanche, Alan Rowland and Michael Williams The book lists and describes the guidebooks sold to visitors on Lundy, from the earliest known publication produced by Arthur St Claire in 1910, through the Harman years (1925-1969) and into the Landmark era of the present day. Many guidebooks from the mid-twentieth century have no publication date, and this work analyses their content and other evidence to assign dates and place them in chronological order. Background information on authors and illustrators adds to the context of the guidebooks. Comments, corrections and additional information on any aspect of Lundy Guidebooks are welcome: please email guidebooks@oldlight.co.uk. |
